Okay I know you have been hearing a lot about the Affordable Care Act, but do you know what it means to you?
1) if you do not already have health insurance you will need to have health insurance by January 1, 2014. If you do not you may be assessed penalties on your tax return.
2) if you are an employer with less then 50 full time employees you are exempt from having to supply health insurance for your employees. If you have more t hen 50 full time employees you will have to provide health insurance to your employees by 2015.
